Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or professional certifications.
• 5+ years in a generalist HR role with ownership of People & Culture initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience driving culture change and engagement initiatives.
• Strong ability to interpret data to inform decisions.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of the People & Culture strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Define and embed values, behaviours and Farrans Leadership Model.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align initiatives with workforce planning.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Oversee Employee Resource Groups and wellbeing initiatives.
• Governance of gender pay gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Provide data analysis and reporting on key HR metrics and KPIs.
