Job summary

Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the Cambridge site, ensuring smooth daily operations, reception, and a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors.

You will lead events, onboarding, and liaison with Facilities, ensuring security and efficiency while supporting the executive team and broader operations. On-site role with occasional London travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in an office management or front-of-house role.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Collaborative partnership with EA and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Cambridge site office operations.
• Lead reception and front-of-house, ensuring a professional welcoming experience.
• Coordinate major site events and meetings with attention to detail.
• Support travel and onboarding for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintain building diary and ensure security/compliance alongside facilities.
