Job summary

Iris London is seeking a Senior Strategist who translates culture, data and channel expertise into compelling strategies that guide award-worthy campaigns. You will own the strategic spine of projects, from audience definition to measurement, and work closely with creatives and clients across hybrid environments.

You will master research, lead workshops, apply Participation methodology, and mentor juniors while shaping go-to-market narratives and integrated brand strategies for diverse brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client workshops and developing strategic insights.
• Ability to synthesize audience data, culture and channel trends into strategies.
• Experience mentoring junior strategists and using AI-assisted synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic spine from audience definition to measurement.
• Lead research, synthesize data into points of view and decks.
• Create briefs driven by creative strategies.
• Apply Participation methodology to opportunities.
• Coordinate integrated comms planning across the journey.
• Mentor juniors on research techniques and AI-assisted methods.
