Job summary

Aspect Resources is seeking a Commercial Transformation Change Manager - SC to lead culture change initiatives within the supply chain. The role is based in Reading with hybrid on-site attendance up to three days per week and focuses on shaping the people agenda to support the transformation program.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver a culture change roadmap, training and communication strategies, and KPI-driven progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a business change manager across transformation and systems change.
• Stakeholder engagement at all levels within the business.
• Experience in private or public sector environments.
• Commercial business change skillset and experience.
• Strong self-starter with proactive approach to all duties.
• Security clearance: SC.

Responsibilities

• Input into the People workstream strategy and align with supply chain objectives.
• Develop culture and change roadmap with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead communication strategies to secure employee and stakeholder buy-in.
• Coach leaders to embody desired culture and boost engagement.
• Define KPIs and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
