Seetec in Wisbech is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals with health-related needs and learning disabilities on their journey to paid employment. You will manage a caseload, provide personalised guidance, and coordinate practical support to help them overcome barriers and build confidence.

Collaborating with referral partners, employers and support services, you will create tailored Action Plans, conduct assessments, and guide participants through recruitment and in-work

• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications and digital communication tools.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding requirements.
• Champion best practice and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Employment Specialist to support individuals with health support needs and learning disabilities on their journey towards paid employment. In this rewarding role, you'll manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised advice, guidance, and practical support to help them overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve their career goals. Working closely with referral partners, support services, and employers, you'll develop tailored Action Plans, carry out individual assessments, and coordinate the support each person needs to succeed. You'll build strong relationships with local employers, identify suitable opportunities, support participants through the recruitment process, and provide ongoing in-work support to help them sustain employment. Your ability to motivate, empower, and advocate for others will be key to creating positive outcomes. You'll need excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and record keeping. Essential

• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications and digital communication tools.

Desirable

• Good understanding of the local labour market.
• Knowledge of self-employment, employability, and recruitment sectors.
• Experience providing information, advice, and guidance to customers.
• Full UK driving licence.
