Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Chief Technology Officer for Training Transformation Services in the UK. The CTO will define technology roadmaps, lead learning innovations, and shape future training capabilities across Defence and government markets.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience implementing AI, XR, simulation, and data analytics in learning environments. Hybrid/remote options and regular travel across the UK are available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop technology strategies and roadmaps for defence/training.
• Strong understanding of learning science and modern instructional design.
• Experience applying AI, XR, simulation, digital twins to learning and capability challenges.
