Job Description:

Due to the further development of the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Services and the growth of integrated hubs along with the synergy work with the Community Immunisation Service (CIS) within NHS Fife, we are delighted to offer this opportunity within the Fife Health and Social Care (H&SC) Partnership for a Band 6 Clinical Co-ordinator to work within the CTAC Service.

In this role, you will support the CTAC Team Leaders and have direct line management for the band 6 Primary Care Nurse, band 5 CTAC registered nurses, and band 3 healthcare support workers. A key aspect is ensuring clinical care and quality standards are met, delivering safe, effective, person-centred practice to meet the needs of people in Fife.

Applicants should be nurses registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, with extensive experience in treatment room or Primary Care Nursing/Practice Nursing settings. The role requires flexibility in working areas, excellent communication skills, adaptability to change, and evidence of ongoing personal development. Travel throughout Fife is required.
