Job description

Job Opportunity: Band 6 Clinical Co-ordinator - CTAC Service

Due to the development of the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Services and the growth of integrated hubs within NHS Fife, we are pleased to offer a position within the Fife Health and Social Care (H&SC) Partnership for a Band 6 Clinical Co-ordinator to work within the CTAC Service.

Role Overview: You will support the CTAC Team Leaders and have direct line management for the band 6 Primary Care Nurse, band 5 CTAC registered nurses, and band 3 healthcare support workers. A key responsibility is to ensure clinical care and quality standards are met, delivering safe, effective, person-centred practice to meet the needs of people in Fife.

Qualifications and Experience: You must be a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, with extensive experience in a treatment room, Primary Care Nursing, or Practice Nursing setting. The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, flexibility in working areas, excellent communication skills, adaptability to change, and evidence of ongoing personal development are essential. Travel across the area is required.
