Role Summary
Our CT and MRI radiographers work as a team to deliver our cross-sectional imaging service. We offer experience in a broad range of scanning, including specialised imaging such as Cardiac CT and MRI, Interventional CT, Trauma, Foetal MRI, Post Mortem CT, and Research.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Cross-Sectional Radiographer to join our busy and friendly imaging team. You should be a motivated and enthusiastic radiographer with a flexible approach. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within both CT and MRI. Currently, we operate two Siemens Avanto fit MRI scanners and have access to a 3T Prisma scanner, collaborating with the University of Exeter for NHS and research patients. We also have three CT scanners: Siemens Definition Edge, Siemens AS plus, and Siemens Go Top. We are working with the Exeter Community Diagnostic Centre, which currently has 2 CTs and 1 MR scanner, with plans to expand to 3 MR and 3 CT scanners.
You should have good communication skills and a flexible approach, maintaining high standards of patient care. The role involves participating in the CT/MRI on-call service and working various shifts, including early, late, and extended hours, as the service operates from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. Candidates with experience in only one modality will receive full training. Both full-time and part-time hours are available.

Working Pattern: Our Radiographers work a mix of shifts, including 9-5 and 8-8.
