The Senior Change Manager within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) is responsible for defining and deploying a comprehensive change management strategy and change plan in the context of an ESG Performance transformation project.
This role will focus on ensuring the smooth adoption and integration of new ESG processes, systems, and reporting standards across the organization. The Change Manager will work closely with project teams, various stakeholders from divisions and regions, and senior management to drive successful change initiatives, mitigate risks, and ensure project objectives are met.
II. MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE IN THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement a pragmatic change management strategy tailored to the transformation project.
- Conduct a thorough change impact analysis to identify key areas affected by new ESG performances processes and systems.
- Define clear change objectives, outcomes, and success criteria aligned with project goals.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization to foster support and buy-in.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
- Design and implement a detailed change plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Training and Support
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to new ESG reporting requirements and to new ESG Performance Management Tool
- Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate the transition and address any challenges.
- Create user-friendly documentation and training materials.
5. Risk Management and Mitigation
- Identify potential risks and resistance related to the change initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to monitor and address employee concerns and issues promptly.
6. Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on the progress and impact of change initiatives for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the change management strategy and identify areas for improvement.
IV. WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field preferred.
- Change certifications are a plus.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in change management, preferably in a large-scale transformation project.
- Experience with ESG Transformation project or sustainability reporting project is a plus.
