Job summary

UCL is seeking a CSOD Administrator to support the implementation and transition to the new Learning Management System (myLearningHub) powered by Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). The role is London-based, hybrid, 1–2 days in the office per week, 6 months, full-time 09:00–17:00.

You will provide hands-on CSOD administration, data migration, system testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement to ensure BAU readiness and sustainable learning processes aligned with the Target Operating Model.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on CSOD administration experience in a complex org.
• Experience in LMS implementation, migration or large-scale system transformation.
• Strong background in Learning & Development or Organisational Development contexts.

Responsibilities

• Administer CSOD LMS and support implementation activities.
• Manage CSOD data loads, bulk uploads, and Edge imports.
• Configure system settings and governance-aligned changes.
• Perform CSOD testing, UAT, and defect resolution with vendors as needed.
• Produce reports using CSOD analytics for operations and projects.
