Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking a Project Manager to lead Cutter Soil Mixing works on the Lower Thames Crossing, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial delivery within a major infrastructure alliance.

You will plan, coordinate and execute CSM activities, manage specialist plant and teams, engage with design, geotechnical and construction disciplines, and drive performance improvements while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or geotechnical discipline.
• Proven experience delivering Cutter Soil Mixing or similar specialist geotechnical works on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Cutter Soil Mixing works from planning to completion.
• Coordinate CSM construction activities safely within programme and budget.
• Oversee planning and deployment of specialist plant, equipment and personnel.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and geotechnical teams to meet specifications.
• Monitor production, productivity, and performance for efficient delivery.
