Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Cutter Soil Mixing (CSM) works on the Lower Thames Crossing. You will plan, coordinate and execute CSM activities, working with engineering, plant, production and project teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with technical and contractual requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, construction planning and risk management skills, with experience in major infrastructure projects or alliance

Formación

• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience delivering Cutter Soil Mixing (CSM) or similar geotechnical works on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management within alliance environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Cutter Soil Mixing works from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate CSM activities with engineering, plant and project teams to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Oversee specialist CSM plant, equipment and resources and ensure compliance with designs and methodologies.
• Monitor production parameters, productivity and performance; implement corrective actions when required.
• Manage project priorities, interfaces and risks across the alliance project.
• Ensure quality control, health and safety compliance across all works.
