Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking a CSCS Welfare Cleaner to join an industrial site in Stockton, starting Monday 7 September.

You will perform general cleaning of welfare facilities, communal areas, toilets, kitchens, and canteen areas, with full PPE provided. CSCS card preferred but not mandatory, and previous cleaning experience in construction or industrial settings is welcome.

Qualifications

• CSCS card preferred, not mandatory.
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in construction or industrial environment.
• Full PPE provided: safety shoes, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and maintenance of site welfare facilities
• Cleaning communal areas, site offices, drying rooms, and corridors
• Sanitizing and maintaining toilets, washrooms, and shower facilities
• Cleaning kitchen and canteen areas (tables, microwaves, sinks, and worktops)
• Emptying bins and restocking consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet roll)
