Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a PASMA Operative / Labourer to work on a commercial building project in Pencoed. Immediate start, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5pm, 3 weeks of work on site with construction team support.

The role involves inspecting, erecting and dismantling temporary towers and performing general labouring duties as required throughout the project. Prior construction experience and valid PASMA/CSCS cards are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid PASMA Card.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience working on commercial construction projects.
• Full PPE.
• Two recent construction-based work references.
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect temporary towers before use.
• Erect and dismantle temporary towers safely and correctly.
• Carry out general labouring duties on site during quieter periods.
• Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and instructions.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, erecting and dismantling temporary towers, with general labouring duties required during quieter periods.
