Job summary

Skyward Select Recruitment Solutions Ltd has a live requirement for a freelance CSA Project Manager to deliver civil, structural and architectural packages on a data centre campus in Essex. You will work with the CSA Project Director and coordinate multiple subcontractors to ensure programme, quality and safety standards are met.

The role is on-site in Harlow, with contract running through July 2027 and a CIS pay basis of up to £450 per day.

An established engineering services-led Principal Contractor is looking to appoint a freelance CSA Project Manager for an ongoing data centre project in Essex.

Working alongside the CSA Project Director, you will support the delivery of the civil, structural and architectural packages across a live data centre campus.

The contract is expected to run until July 2027 and is available on a CIS basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CSA works in line with the construction programme.

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.

Monitor progress, quality and health and safety across the site.

Manage technical queries, design information and package interfaces.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager within construction.

Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural packages.

Experience working for a Principal Contractor.

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and technical interfaces.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work on site in Harlow.
