Mercury is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager for London-based construction projects. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, developing execution strategies, and managing schedules, costs, QA and EHS plans to deliver complex projects on time.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10–15+ years of construction/engineering experience, with strong leadership, communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or other relevant degree.
• 10+ years of construction/engineering project management experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver CSA aspects of assigned projects.
• Develop project execution strategies and site logistics plans.
• Create and manage project schedules aligned with milestones and trades.
• Develop and implement project costs, budgets, QA, EHS plans and reports.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and supply chain coordination with project teams.
• Chair weekly meetings with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure performance.
• Monitor project cost/revenue and provide weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with client design teams and main contractor to avoid roadblocks.
• Ensure works are installed per project specifications and QA plans.
• Manage risk, variations, and procurement through to Final Account.
