L.J.B & Co. Construction Recruitment in London seeks a CSA Construction Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages on a major mixed-use, life sciences and commercial project. You will partner with the Project Director, MEP teams, client, and design partners to deliver fully integrated site execution.

You will own CSA packages, supervise subcontractors, manage drawings and RFIs, and develop lookahead programmes to drive on-time delivery and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Construction Manager or CSA Manager
• Experience with a Tier 1 Main Contractor
• Experience delivering Mixed-Use, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Industrial projects
• Strong Civil/Structural/Architectural construction background
• Chartered status or working towards chartership desirable

Responsibilities

Position: CSA Construction Management

We are recruiting for a CSA Construction Manager to join a major construction project in London. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages across major Mixed-Use, Life Sciences and Commercial developments, working closely with the Project Director, MEP teams, client, design partners and subcontractors.

THE ROLE

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or CSA Manager.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
• Strong experience delivering Mixed-Use, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Industrial projects.
• Strong Civil, Structural and Architectural construction background.
• Experience managing multiple CSA subcontract packages.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination with MEP.
• Experience managing design partners and driving design deliverables.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent understanding of site logistics, quality, H&S and Building Regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership is desirable
