Job summary

Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Department of Social Services is seeking an Interagency Services Administrator to oversee the Children’s Services Act (CSA) program for Chesterfield County and the City of Colonial Heights. You will provide leadership to staff, monitor budgets, analyze state and local policies, and ensure compliance with CSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related area with relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff; maintain cross-department relationships.
• Knowledge of CSA policies, regulations, and contract management.
