Qualifications

• 3+ years in illustration, brand design, or motion/graphic design
• Proven experience in crypto, Web3, or digital-first community projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion tools (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
• Strong visual storytelling — from clean layouts to character-driven design
• Understanding of crypto culture, token ecosystems, and social virality
• Ability to iterate fast and match the tone of dynamic, high-energy launches
