Job summary

DRW, a diversified trading firm, seeks a Trade Support Specialist for Cumberland Options in London. You will support crypto trading desks, manage trade capture, reconcile trades and P&L, and work with tech teams to optimize tools and workflows.

You’ll collaborate with traders, researchers, and software engineers to apply advanced technology to trading operations and risk management, while maintaining high integrity and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Crypto interest or experience required.
• Experience with version control, Git, Python, Cron and Linux.
• 2+ years in front/middle/back office or risk roles handling derivatives.
• Experience with derivatives preferred.
• Interaction with front office and senior management in an active trading environment.
• Quantitative degree or materially equivalent exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for crypto trading desks.
• Handle trade capture for all products including futures and futures options.
• Perform trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers.
• Complete daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Apply knowledge of derivatives in daily tasks.
• Gain mastery of proprietary trade capture, inventory management, treasury management, and risk management systems.
• Act as process owner for current functionality and advise on enhancements to technology and workflows.
• Gain understanding of traders’ risk management tools and support trader needs.
• Upgrade and support traders’ tools and technologies.
• Work with technology teams to improve tools to meet desks’ needs.
• Adopt, integrate, and promote new technology as available.
