We are representing a high-performance proprietary trading firm specialising in crypto. They are a small but dynamic team all of whom work remotely covering the European Times Zones.

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Accounting Analyst to support their trading,
finance, and risk management functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, fast paced
team environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review NAV calculations for the portfolio.
• Lead the audit process, acting as the main liaison with external auditors.
• Manage KYC, compliance tasks, and account opening requirements.
• Oversee the coordination and settlement of capital inflows, outflows, and OTC crypto trades.
• Assist in resolving reporting issues, ensuring transparency and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in audit, finance, or a reporting role, preferably in a Crypto or TradFi environment.
• Strong understanding of NAV calculations, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Prior experience working with cryptocurrency assets or blockchain technology preferred.
