Pathfinder Personnel is seeking CPS Meet and Greet Reception Staff in Liverpool. This role involves assisting with cruise parking operations, booking vehicles at the cruise terminal, and providing meet and greet services for passengers returning from their cruise.

Successful candidates will possess good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. A competitive payment of £14.29 per hour (weekdays) is offered, with opportunities to increase earnings through additional roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with different levels of passengers.
• Ability to operate electronic handheld booking devices (training provided).
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames.

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles upon arrival at the cruise terminal.
• Photographing all passenger vehicles as part of the booking process.
• Advising passengers about the process upon return from their cruise.
• Providing meet and greet services for passengers.
