Job summary

Deutsche Bank London is seeking a Regulatory Control Advisor Specialist / Business Analyst to support the Client Risk Rating framework within AFC, aligning data requirements with policy and regulatory expectations.

You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to define business and data needs, drive data collection, and help automate CRR model processes while enhancing reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Educated to University degree or equivalent qualification/work experience.
• Business Analyst skill set: act as a bridge between business and IT.
• Understanding of JSON messages.
• Understanding of Data Governance.
• Understanding development of qualitative risk models such as client risk rating.
• Proactive and independent work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing change to model and data flows.
• Support IT with creation of data controls & oversight features.
• Automation / standardization of test data / simulation environment.
• Data requirement specification and strategic sourcing.
• Transfer of manual calculation steps into automated logic in CRR model.
• Build enhanced Management Information and reporting functionalities.
