University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Fire & Security Manager to lead fire safety and security across our hospital sites. You will provide strategic direction, oversee contracts, and drive continuous improvements in safety and compliance.

As the Trust's senior adviser on fire and security, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders to implement robust policies, monitor performance, and uphold NHS guidance across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for fire safety management and security service contracts.
• Lead the Trust's approach to fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and NHS guidance.
• Manage contracted-out security services and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
