Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
• Experience working in Alternative Provision, SEND, SEMH or mainstream education.

Responsibilities

• Teach across a range of curriculum areas within a small-school environment.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that remove barriers to learning.
• Act as a form tutor and champion for a group of young people.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with students and families.
