Manchester University seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Cross Country/Track & Field Assistant Coach to support the success of our NCAA Division III program. Join a team that values integrity, development, and the pursuit of excellence.
What You'll Do:
Support student-athlete academic success, eligibility, and retention.
Assist in all recruitment efforts, working closely with admissions.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and development-focused team culture.
Help coordinate practice sessions, meet schedules, travel, and logistics.
Maintain and track program budgets, equipment, and inventory.
Comply with NCAA, HCAC, and institutional guidelines.
Participate in department meetings, university events, and fundraising.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous coaching and/or playing experience, preferably at the NCAA Division III level.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Valid CPR/AED First Aid certification (available on-site).
Valid driver’s license (for team travel).
Successful completion of NCAA Division III Rules Test.
