Marex is seeking an outstanding candidate to join the Product control team, covering equities, commodities, crypto, FX, and fund derivatives. The role drives finance transformation and will work with various stakeholders to deliver process improvements.

Responsibilities include P&L production, risk-based analysis, fair value adjustments, and building automated risk solutions. Strong collaboration and integrity are essential in this dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital markets and structured products is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with management, Front Office, Legal, Operations and Risk.
• Ability to pinpoint root causes and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform Daily P&L production for multiple asset classes and communicate results to traders.
• Analyze funding, sales credits and risk-based P&L, including Greeks; calculate fair value adjustments.
• Build and run daily FOBO process to ensure accurate representation of trades and cash flows in ledgers.
• Contribute to P&L process for the Solutions business; document risk gaps and build automated solutions.
• Identify control weaknesses with Operations and Trading and help solve them.
