Our client, a long-standing eCommerce brand, is looking for a CRO Manager to join their team in London.

The role will be hybrid, with at least 1 to 2 days in a London office per week, and offers a salary of up to £60k depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Improving user journey on key websites
• Driving acquisition through conversion rate optimization
• Creating and implementing effective strategies
• Providing reports and insights
• Conducting A/B and MVT testing
• Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels

The ideal candidate will work well within a team, have a proactive and problem-solving attitude, and possess experience in web analytics, with knowledge of HTML and CSS.
