Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a CRM & Web Specialist to lead CRM and website operations, optimise customer journeys, and drive data‑driven improvements across channels. You will collaborate with Paid Media, Content, social, Analytics and Creative teams to deliver cohesive experiences that support brand goals.

You will own email campaigns, automate customer journeys, manage CMS content, and monitor performance with Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of CRM and website management experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and CMS systems.
• Strong understanding of analytics, SEO, and UX basics.
• Ability to plan, build, and execute email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns.
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys and triggers.
• Manage day-to-day CRM platform operations and data quality.
• Own website content and CMS updates with SEO/UX focus.
• Monitor analytics, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, social, Analytics, and Creative teams.
