Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a CRM & Web Specialist to manage day-to-day CRM operations and website content, driving engaging customer communications and optimising the digital experience across CRM and web channels.

You will plan and deploy targeted email campaigns, develop automated journeys, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with broader marketing strategies. Strong analytics and CMS/CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in CRM and website management in digital marketing/e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign or similar.
• CMS experience with WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore or similar.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, UX, and conversion optimisation.
• Experience planning, building, and executing email campaigns and automated journeys.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the CRM platform, including data quality and segmentation.
• Plan, build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys and triggered communications.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and report on engagement and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM performance through testing and optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align CRM activity with marketing strategies.
• Own and maintain website content through the CMS with SEO/UX best practices.
• Coordinate with designers and developers to publish new web content.
• Monitor website analytics and provide recommendations to improve traffic and conversions.
• Ensure website content supports lead-generation campaigns and business priorities.
• Support integrated cross-channel campaigns and landing page optimisation.
• Maintain brand consistency across CRM, website, and digital channels.
• Produce regular performance reports for CRM and website KPIs.
• Analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities across user journeys.
