CRM Specialist - HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where CRM and digital strategy combine in harmony?

Xpertise are working exclusively with a rapidly expanding organisation in central Manchester and urgently looking for a new CRM Specialist to build more powerful, smarter and more sustainable solutions.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in CRM Management: Maintain and optimising CRM platform to support customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and automation.
    • Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho
  • Proven experience in Data Management & Interrogation: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability. Use data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Proven experience in Campaign Design: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns.
  • Proven experience of Insight Management: Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience in SEO Support: Contribute to SEO initiatives by aligning CRM and content strategies to boost organic visibility.
  • Experience in creating Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts through smart segmentation, nurturing workflows, and campaign performance tracking.
