Interviews: Held during the week of 12th May 2025

At The Content Emporium, we offer high-level plug-in content marketing support to major brands across the UK, covering everything from strategy, design and CRM to photography, motion graphics, social media and content creation. With a 50-strong team of creative experts, we work in true partnership with our clients — delivering consistent, exceptional results across all channels. Our client base includes FTSE 100 companies and leading UK shopping centres, and our CRM and email marketing services are a key part of how we drive engagement and commercial success for them.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a CRM Production Manager to join our growing CRM team. Reporting to the Director of CRM, this role is critical in ensuring that all CRM and email marketing activity flows efficiently through the agency and is completed to an exceptional standard, on time and on brief. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bristol with hybrid working (minimum of one day a week in the office).

You will help plan campaigns, coordinate user journeys across multiple platforms (website, email, social), liaise with internal teams to secure content assets, manage CRM and email marketing schedules, and assist in campaign reporting. Experience using platforms like Braze, Hubspot, or similar CRM or email marketing systems is highly desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant agency and play a key role in delivering first-class email marketing / CRM experiences for a wide range of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Director of CRM in planning client email marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are organised and scheduled.
  • Map out customer journeys across multiple platforms (email, website, social) and work with other teams to align content delivery.
  • Create clear schedules to ensure all campaigns and communications are sent at the right time.
  • Collaborate with editorial, design and strategy teams to ensure the right content is available for every touchpoint.

Workflow and Project Management

  • Ensure all CRM and email marketing work is properly booked into our systems and moves efficiently through internal workflows.
  • Manage the CRM and email marketing scheduling tools to prevent clashes and ensure optimal timing.
  • Identify and address any workflow bottlenecks or issues early and proactively.
  • Help to set up new workflows or improve existing ones as the department grows.
  • Work closely with other departments to map complete customer journeys that span email marketing, web and social.
  • Coordinate inputs and approvals from different teams to keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between CRM, editorial, design, and client services teams.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project timelines and asset delivery.

Platform Management

  • Support the Director of CRM in using and maintaining platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, and others.
  • Assist with setting up journeys, triggers, automations and email campaigns.
  • Help to troubleshoot platform issues and liaise with support teams if necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of email marketing and CRM software capabilities and best practices.

Reporting and Insights

  • Support the collation and presentation of client reports on CRM and email marketing performance.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and identify key insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work with the CRM Director to feed campaign results back to clients in clear, actionable formats.
  • Maintain reporting templates and help innovate how we present campaign success to clients.

Agency Growth and Development

  • Contribute to agency initiatives to improve CRM and email marketing offerings and delivery.
  • Stay informed on CRM and email marketing trends, tools, and emerging best practice.
  • Play an active role in helping to grow the department’s reputation internally and externally.
  • Attend occasional client meetings to support campaign planning and reporting.

ABOUT YOU

  • Familiarity with platforms like Braze, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar
