Focus is on customer data, CRM records, campaign targeting and reporting, working with marketing and commercial colleagues to ensure data accuracy and effective digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or Economics or about 1 year of relevant experience.
• Confidence using Excel and working with numerical information.
• Some experience using a CRM system.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within CRM and database systems.
• Use Excel to organise, review and manipulate customer and campaign data.
• Segment data to support targeted marketing activity.
• Prepare accurate contact information for email and digital campaigns.
• Review customer and sales information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Support improvements to CRM records and data quality.
• Work with marketing and commercial colleagues to improve campaign targeting.
• Provide wider support across digital marketing activity where required.
