• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large spreadsheets and data.

• CRM experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.

CRM & Marketing Data Assistant

Location: Greenford, West London
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Experience: Graduate or approximately 1 year's relevant experience

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a growing business based in Greenford.

This role would suit a bright, analytical and numerically confident individual who has a genuine interest in marketing and enjoys working with data.

Working closely with the commercial and marketing teams, you will play an important role in managing, analysing and manipulating customer data to help improve the effectiveness and reach of digital marketing campaigns.

This is not a traditional creative marketing role. Instead, it offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in data-driven marketing, customer insights, CRM management and digital campaign performance.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone with around one year's experience looking to develop a career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and update customer and prospect databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.


• Work extensively with Excel to organise, manipulate and analyse customer data.


• Segment customer databases to identify target audiences for digital marketing campaigns.


• Support email marketing campaigns by preparing and managing accurate contact lists.


• Analyse customer information to identify opportunities for increased engagement and outreach.


• Monitor campaign data and help produce reports on marketing performance.


• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities within customer and sales data.


• Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.


• Maintain accurate CRM records and support ongoing data improvement projects.


• Assist with wider digital marketing activities as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to develop a career within marketing.

Ideally, you will have:

• A degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Economics or another analytical discipline, OR approximately one year's relevant experience.


• Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and numerical information.


• A genuine interest in digital marketing and how data can be used to improve campaign results.


• CRM experience


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• The ability to organise and interpret large amounts of information.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms or database management would be advantageous but is not essential.
