My client is an industry-leading, innovative, and fun-loving household name in Beauty! They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their well-established team. The role is based in Essex with a hybrid model of 2/3 days a week. The salary is up to £45,000, along with excellent benefits, a bonus, and clear progression opportunities.

You will report directly to the Head of CRM and work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to develop the annual strategy. You will manage a CRM Assistant and CRM Coordinator, overseeing CRM activities for e-tailers in collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager, including strategic planning and budgeting. Additionally, you will coordinate with the PR team to align brand messaging and work with the loyalty team to implement segmentation strategies.

Ideal candidates will have solid CRM experience, creative flair, and confidence in system capabilities. Leadership qualities are essential, including the ability to manage a direct report. Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude are also required.
