Job Opportunity: CRM and Social Media Manager

We are looking for a CRM and Social Media Manager for a luxury tour operator based in central London. The role can be hybrid or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone position.
  • Develop and implement organic social media content strategies.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills
  • Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, preferably luxury travel.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
