We're looking for an experienced consumer CRM expert to design and deliver a whole new CRM strategy for our client. You'll need to be highly proficient in CRM (emails, SMS, MMS), have strong technical skills (eg Dot Digital) and a good working knowledge of HTML. And a love of data is a must! THE COMPANYOur client is one of the UK's leading live entertainment companies.
THE ROLEReporting to the Director of Marketing, this is a newly created role that will be responsible for transforming how our client runs its CRM activity. This role is both strategic and hands on: you'll be leading the CRM strategy as well as running day-to-day campaigns.
A big part of this role will be about changing how our client uses its database (currently 1m people) so they can deliver best-in-class, fully personalised CRM campaigns. This will involve devising innovative ways of segmenting the database, managing the CRM calendar to optimise engagement and reporting on performance.
YOUWe'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- a strong background in pure CRM (rather than a generalist who's done some CRM)
- proven experience of designing and delivering a CRM strategy
- very strong data and insights experience - using data to inform strategy and deliver highly effective CRM campaigns
- experience managing large databases including segmentation and personas
- good working knowledge of HTML (but not necessarily an expert)
- strong experience of platforms such as Dot Digital
- a creative mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo (in a good way!)
- excellent stakeholder management skills - you'll be the subject expert on CRM so will be the key point of contact for various colleagues and partners at all levels
- a background in consumer CRM eg live entertainments, leisure, hotels, large retail, sport etc
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
