Location: Cheshire (hybrid or remote)
Salary: Up to £45k DOE
Full Time: Permanent
We are seeking a CRM and Loyalty Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of our client’s loyalty program. In this position, you'll play a key role in boosting customer loyalty, improving retention rates, and fostering repeat business. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT departments to deliver an exceptional loyalty program tailored for our customers.
