Job summary

COREcruitment partners with a growing restaurant group to recruit a CRM & Loyalty Manager. The role is remote with monthly travel to the head office; you will own the customer database, segment data, and drive engagement to boost repeat visits.

You will build CRM campaigns across email and SMS, design automated journeys, shape loyalty propositions, review the tech stack, and work with marketing and leadership to turn data into commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, Loyalty or Customer Marketing in hospitality.
• Able to turn data into practical actions that drive results.
• Commercially minded, analytical and curious.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer database, ensuring data is organized, segmented and used to drive engagement.
• Develop targeted CRM campaigns using customer behavior, spend and location data across channels (email, SMS, etc.).
• Build automated customer journeys and loyalty programs to reward guests and increase retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to align campaigns with openings, launches and events.
• Review technology stack and identify integrations and reporting improvements for scale.
• Analyze campaign performance to improve guest lifetime value and business performance.
