Salary: 60-90K + 15% bonus
Position: CRM Implementation Consultant (Permanent, Fully Remote)
Travel: Some travel to offices for project work
Join a global leader in the care home sector, focusing on building a CRM system and customer portal to enhance customer interactions, purchases, and service bookings.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Goldvision, Maximiser, Workbooks, ProspectSoft CRM, Goldmine, Aplicor CRM, StayinFront, Sugar CRM, OpenCRM, SuperOffice, Creatio, or similar property management solutions.
The company utilizes the Yardi RentCafe module for sales and customer interaction management. Full training on RentCafe will be provided, focusing on its application in the investment property sector.
The role involves mapping the sales journey within RentCafe, configuring the system to showcase offerings across multiple operators and locations, and managing timelines, budgets, and data workflows.
