This global player in the care home sector is looking to build a CRM system and a customer portal to handle all customer interactions, from initial interest to purchasing services, booking appointments, and engaging with the company.
The role suits an experienced CRM Implementation consultant skilled in mapping the customer journey and understanding key stages such as:
The candidate should have strong business analysis and functional expertise, capable of discussing the customer journey and identifying critical functionality requirements.
Ideal candidates will have experience with CRM systems like Goldvision, Maximiser, Workbooks, ProspectSoft, Goldmine, Aplicor, StayinFront, SugarCRM, OpenCRM, SuperOffice, Creatio, or similar student and residential property management solutions.
The company uses Yardi RentCafe to manage the entire sales process and customer interactions post-sale. Full training in RentCafe will be provided, mainly used in the investment property sector.
The sales journey must be fully mapped and configured within RentCafe to demonstrate offerings across multiple operators and locations, timelines, budgets, and ensure data/workflow integrity.
