Job summary

THG is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to lead CRM strategies for its THG Nutrition and beauty brands. You will design campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels, harnessing customer data for segmentation and personalised messaging.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, this fully office-based role at THG HQ offers growth opportunities, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and exposure to high-impact campaigns within a global ecommerce group.

Qualifications

• CRM experience in retail eCommerce preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to create compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

As Senior CRM Executive, you’ll:

• Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Utilise customer data for segmentation and personalised communications to diverse customer groups.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights for CRM improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, trading, brand, and campaign teams to ensure cohesive messaging and business alignment.
• Mentor CRM Executives, offering guidance on best practices and fostering professional growth.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Minimum 1 years of CRM experience, preferably in retail eCommerce.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Ability to design innovative CRM campaigns that engage diverse audiences.
• High level of attention to detail when managing data and executing campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimisation of CRM initiatives.
• Collaborative mindset, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver results
