Forward Role are working with an award winning, established, luxury travel business to recruit a CRM Exec.

• Reporting into a CRM Manager who will support your progression and development and working alongside an in-house marketing team

The role:

• Assist with the execution of the multi-channel CRM strategy
• Ownership of end-to-end email campaigns and day-to-day customer touch points and communications
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Interpret large amounts of data, manage analytics on all campaigns and produce reports

What you will need:

• Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
• Strong understanding CRM strategy and best practice
• Experience using a CRM platform / ESP
• Creative flair and good attention to detail
• Copywriting, proofing and editing experience
• Confident working with substantial amounts of data for analysis
• A proactive person who is willing to learn
