Are you a data-driven marketer with an eye for detail and crafting email communication? Coople is looking for a CRM/Email Automation Specialist to help optimize our Marketing Stack to ensure customers and users receive the right message at the right time. Coople has a large database of over a million workers, as well as a pipeline of prospective customers and current users. Spanning the UK and Swiss markets, you will be instrumental in elevating Coople’s marketing efforts, bringing industry best practices and energy to a vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage our global CRM stack, focusing on email automation.
• Segment data and manage lists for customer engagement, reactivation, and retention.
• Devise strategies for regular and actionable communication for both BB and BC audiences.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Product, and Salesforce Admin to improve data quality and serve as a subject matter expert for Marketing.
• Execute end-to-end email marketing and automation campaigns using Pardot, with support from the marketing team.
• Design HTML emails following best practices to drive audience action.
• Test, monitor, and report on email campaign performance.
• Train and upskill the marketing team on CRM functions and email marketing best practices.
• Lead key projects for outbound email campaigns to improve performance and optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing or CRM roles, preferably with BB and BC experience.
• Experience in user journey mapping and campaign analysis, including A/B testing.
• Expertise in database segmentation and data hygiene.
• Successful track record in nurturing, reactivating, and retaining customers through campaigns.
• Experience managing marketing lifecycle automations.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation tools.
• Attention to detail and data refinement skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
