Job description

CRM Database Manager

Negotiable depending on experience

Chelmsford, Essex

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (OFFICE BASED ROLE ONLY)

Our clients, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK’s leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow and scale their businesses.

Located in Chelmsford, our client is looking for a CRM and Database specialist who can help them use their 180,000 client strong database to increase engagement, improve the client journey and help increase sales.

In this role, you will be working alongside the clients in-house acquisitions marketing team and you will have the opportunity to have a big impact in a growing and exciting company.

Key duties include:

1. Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
2. Oversee data segmentation and analysis to identify customer trends and behaviours and devise effective targeting strategies to maximise impact.
3. Assist with the development and implementation of a variety of different marketing campaigns.
4. Design and build automated nurture sequences for new leads to drive engagement and conversions.
5. Help optimise landing and order pages to ensure a seamless user experience.
6. Set up and maintain automation using Zapier, Keap, or similar programs, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
7. Continuously optimise internal procedures and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
8. Work closely with other departments to streamline and implement more efficient workflows.
9. Ensure all business systems are seamlessly integrated through automation, eliminating bottlenecks and manual errors.
10. Generate marketing reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics and performance indicators.
11. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
12. Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality.

Skills and experience you must have:

1. Proven experience working with Keap or Go High-Level CRM systems or similar.
2. Knowledge of CRM customisation, structure, configuration and administration.
3. Experience with data migration, cleansing and segmentation techniques.
4. Knowledge of personalised marketing techniques and tools.
5. Experience with marketing automation platforms.
6. Knowledge of setting up automated campaigns, workflows and drip marketing.
7. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and generate insights.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. High level of organisation and attention to detail.
10. Good understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
11. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies.
