Nirvana Brands Limited is a fast-growing company in the perfume and cosmetics industry. We are an international distribution and manufacturing company working with L’Oréal one of the prestige perfumery brands of the industry.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Website Manager to oversee and optimise our new Shopify website. This role involves managing website operations, coordinating with developers, ensuring smooth fulfilment, and improving customer experience. If you have a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and operations, this is a great opportunity to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities

Website & Platform Management

  • Monitor and maintain the Shopify website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with developers & IT teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations.
  • Ensure business terms and policies on the website are kept up to date.
  • Analyse and generate performance reports from Shopify, sharing insights with relevant teams.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Manage Klaviyo email marketing – segment audiences, schedule campaigns, and track performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to upload, manage, and optimise promotions.
  • Track and analyse ROI on campaigns & promotions, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with fulfilment agreements and maintain smooth order processing.
  • Forecast demand and communicate stock needs with fulfilment providers to prevent stockouts.
  • Monitor order trends and identify any supply chain inefficiencies.

Customer Experience & Support

  • Oversee and respond to customer emails, resolving inquiries and product requests.
  • Manage refunds & returns according to website policies.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with brand standards and service levels.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate and manage Shopify sales reports, sharing key insights with finance and marketing teams.
  • Assist with monthly downloads/uploads of sales data for tax reporting.
  • Keep track of website analytics, customer behaviour, and conversion rates to drive improvements.

This role will include the responsibilities mentioned above, but will not be limited to them. As the business grows and evolves, we may ask you to take on additional tasks or projects to help support the team and smooth running of the business.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing a Shopify store (or similar e-commerce platform).
  • Strong understanding of Klaviyo (or other email marketing tools).
  • Ability to analyse sales, promotions, and website performance.
  • Knowledge of fulfilment processes & stock forecasting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in customer service & refund processing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and digital marketing principles (preferred).
