Ann Summers is seeking a CRM & Customer Manager to lead our CRM strategy, shaping how we connect with customers, using data to drive personalised experiences and loyalty. You will oversee CRM platforms, collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams, and manage a CRM team to deliver customer-first programs that boost engagement and retention.

You will champion customer journeys, segmentation, and data quality while aligning with brand values.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM or customer insight experience in retail/ecommerce.
• Commercial mindset with track record in loyalty and growth.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation of insights.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to perform.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM initiatives and campaigns to drive commercial results.
• Oversee CRM platforms and reporting tools for performance.
• Produce regular customer insights and metrics for decision-making.
