The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our dynamic Skincare & Wellness CRM team. You’ll support the CRM Manager in end-to-end planning and execution of global CRM communications across multiple brands and markets with the aim to drive consumer engagement and retention.

What you'll get to do
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of engaging CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, etc.).
  • Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Analytics) to coordinate campaign assets and timelines.
  • Help CRM Manager to monitor campaign performance and provide weekly insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Support testing strategies (A/B testing, deliverability, personalisation).
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and best practices, particularly within the skincare and wellness industry.
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • 1–2 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Braze, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of customer segmentation, data privacy (GDPR), and email marketing principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering great customer experiences
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
