Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working alongside technical experts who take pride in their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex, critical tasks and contribute to maintaining the nation's critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

The role involves working 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting station communication faults
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for tasks and fault updates

Who you are:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning, with experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Knowledge of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
